PART A is a cream liquid and PART B is a amber liquid that have virtually no odour and react to form a strong, tough, flexible polyurethane rubber white in colour. This product is slightly firmer than a pencil eraser.
The colour of the cured plastic can be changed with the addition of a colour pigment to part A prior to mixing the two components. We have a range of compatible colour pigments here
This product has a mixing ratio of 100:16 by weight.
The fast versions pot life is approximately 6-7 minutes and the casting can generally be de-moulded in 1-2 hours depending on the size and especially the thickness of the casting.
The slow versions pot life is approximately 20 minutes and the casting can generally be de-moulded in 3-5 hours depending on the size and especially the thickness of the casting.
